We independently track and compare crypto rates, product terms, and platform risks to help readers evaluate more than an advertised rate.

How we track and present rates

  • We prioritize generally available base rates and clearly state eligibility, deposit and lockup requirements. We exclude tiered or otherwise promotional rates from base-rate comparisons.
  • We disclose known fees and material product terms, including lockup periods and withdrawal restrictions. “Up to” rates may be listed when the requirements for earning them are clearly available.
  • Our lists and rankings are editorially controlled and are not influenced by partners or advertisers. Coverage is not exhaustive, and inclusion does not constitute an endorsement.
  • Each platform’s Yield Scorecard explains the criteria we use to assess risk. Scores provide context for comparison—not a guarantee of safety or future performance.
